The GTv Racer is warranted against manufacturing defects for 30 days. Abuse or misuse will void the warranty. Defective parts will be replaced at manufacturer’s discretion. Shipping damages must be referred to the shipping carrier. Email your warranty issues to gtvracer@me.com.
Returns will be accepted within 7 days of purchase and will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. Returns must be received in like-new condition with all materials intact. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Return shipping costs are responsibility of Buyer. All returns must be pre-approved before returning - non-approved returns will be refused. Q: What makes the GTv Racer better than other racing simulators?
A: The GTv Racer has more adjustable features than any other comparable wheel stand. It is so unique, it’s patented. It has fully adjustable steering and pedal platforms, and will adjust to work with nearly any size or shape of chair. It is lightweight, rigid and practical. And the GTv Racer will quickly fold flat, without tools, for ease of storage. Optional Shifter Kit now available.
Q: Is the GTv Racer hard to assemble?
A: Not at all. The GTv Racer is completely pre-assembled, and can be pulled from the box and setup in minutes.
Q: Is the GTv Racer easy to adjust?
A: Yes. All main adjustments are done in seconds with T-Screws - no tools necessary. The steering platform adjusts up/down, in/out, and tilts for a perfect custom fit. The pedal platform adjusts forward/backward and rotates to accommodate any size driver. The optional Shifter Kit adjusts up and down as well, and can also be used for LH or RH shifting.
Q: How does The GTv Racer fold down?
A: With a twist of a few T-Screws, the GTv Racer folds down flat. It can even be folded down with controllers still attached.
Q: Which controllers can I use with the GTv Racer?
A: The GTv Racer was specifically designed for use with the Logitech® Driving Force EX, Pro, GT, and G25/G27 controllers. Other similar sized controllers may work as well, but we have not done R&D on other controllers.
Q: What’s the GTv Racer made of, how is it finished, and how heavy is it?
A: The GTv Racer is made of high-strength anodized aluminum, glass-filled nylon fittings, and extruded PVC sheet for a lightweight, rigid, stable racing platform. The anodization is industry standard type 1 anodizing. The platforms are a rough black pebble finish. The unit weighs in at under 13 lbs, and when folded down, measures approximately 26”W x 30”L x 6”H.

A: We currently ship to USA locations only. International buyers may want to consider Freight Forwarding companies like ShipItTo, although this reference does not constitute an endorsement.

SETUP TIPS
• The GTv Racer is designed to adjust and adapt to many different seating positions and height options. It ships pre-set for a lower chair or sofa height, but can be easily adjusted to fit nearly any standard height seating surface.
• The rubber feet on the GTv Racer will provide solid non-slip performance on most flooring surfaces. If the feet begin to slip, clean the bottom tread with water or rubbing alcohol. This will remove any dust or dirt and renew the feet to non-slip condition. If the feet continue to slip, a small piece of non-slip shelf material under the front feet should solve the problem.
• If you experience binding of the fittings when raising or lowering the uprights, or the GTv Racer’s feet aren’t sitting flat on the floor, place the GTv Racer on a hard, flat surface. Using the included hex key, loosen the screws on the fittings holding the Pedal Section and the Lower Crossbar to the Uprights, and lightly twist the fittings to make sure the rubber feet are now flat on the floor. Then retighten the hex screws in the fittings.
• If you experience slippage of the Steering Platform fittings when tightened, remove the fittings and clean the inside of the fitting and the outside of the tubing with rubbing alcohol. This will remove any dust or oils and should cure the slippage problem.
• The GTv Racer is made of high-strength materials, but is not built for anything other than its intended purpose. Do not sit or stand on the GTv Racer. Do not lift the GTv Racer by the platforms - lift by holding the tubing. Do not use excessive force in tightening the fittings.
• This is NOT a toy. Caution: pinching hazard. Please be careful when folding or adjusting the GTv Racer. Not for use by children. Adult supervision recommended.
